WHAT WE COLLECT
Usage analytics. We use PostHog (served first-party from our own domain) to understand how the product is used: pages viewed, airports searched, features clicked. Visitors are anonymous by default.
Email address. Only when you give it to us, for the weekly reliability report or product updates. We may also store the airport you were browsing when you subscribed so the report is about routes you actually fly. When you subscribe, your previously anonymous usage on this site is linked to your email so reports and features can match the airports you actually use.
Push subscriptions. If you enable flight alerts, your browser's push endpoint is stored so we can deliver them. It identifies your browser, not you.
WHAT WE DO WITH IT
We send you what you asked for, and we use aggregate analytics to improve the product. That's it.
We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or run third-party ad trackers. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link that works immediately.
WHERE IT LIVES
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers: Supabase (database), Vercel (hosting), PostHog (analytics), and Resend (email delivery), all under their respective security and compliance programs. Flight and reliability data shown in the product is aggregate operational data and contains nothing about you.
COOKIES AND LOCAL STORAGE
We use browser local storage for product preferences (theme, whether you've subscribed) and for the anonymous analytics identifier. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking.
YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL
Want your email and any associated data deleted? Email hello@nonstopflightlist.com and it's gone, usually within a few days. Unsubscribing from the report only takes the one click in any issue.
